These natural variations do not affect product quality.

Product weights refer to the packaged net weight unless otherwise stated.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for storing products according to any storage instructions provided.

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, incorrect or affected by a genuine quality issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate.

Placing an order does not automatically create a legally binding contract.

Your order represents an offer to purchase.

A contract is only formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched your goods.
